When will I get my order?
Generally, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. For orders in the UK choose FedEx Priority for 2 days delivery. Orders in the Island of Ireland are next day delivery. Christmas cut-off times apply: Ireland December Dec 19th, UK & Rest of Europe Dec 19th and USA & Rest of the world Dec 18th.
Can I return my products at all times?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days. We will refund your form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is made. Learn more.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All House of Lor orders has tracking shipping worldwide. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
