Our gold is ethically mined and sourced from one of Ireland’s only commercial gold mines, called Galantas, adding a special provenance to each piece. Unfortunately, we are unable to personalise or customise House of Lor jewellery. There is a finite amount of Irish Gold and our license agreement does not permit us to personalise or customise our designs. However, we do offer the service of sizing our rings for a perfect and comfortable fit, if your size is not listed on our dropdown menu

Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of your House of Lor jewellery. It is recommended to store your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Regularly clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.  It is not advisable to keep your jewellery on during heavy manual work. Yes, House of Lor stands by the quality and craftsmanship of its pieces, ensuring that any manufacturing defects or issues are promptly addressed. If you buy online, you are covered by consumer legislation just as if you bought in person. If goods are not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances of the case.
